Rockland Rockets Basketball Program
Commissioner’s Responsibilities
- Must attend & review their assigned team’s practices
- Must recruit players within their age group
- Must evaluate their team’s ability, A or B team competitiveness
- Help decide what tournaments their teams should play in
- Season’s Schedules
- Team participation in Regional’s
- Must be notified regarding adding or dropping players and submit to board for final approval
- Must be responsible for uniform/sneaker distribution (no players will receive a uniform w/o payment in full)
- Must discuss practice preferences with their respective coaches
- Must be available to manage their tryout groups
- Act as liason between parents and coaches
